Here you have the floor plan as of 1732 which places the time frame during Louis XV's reign before any signs of revolution threatened the monarchy. At this stage the South Wing was preserved for the Princes of the Blood most notably the brothers of the King (of course Louis XV had no living brothers but there were plenty of cousins) which is also why the wing is called the Wing of the Princes.
Since then much has changed and this is how the first floor looks today:
I will update this page as I come across informations as well as photographs of each room but as I wrote in the post of the ground floor it is highly unlikely that any of the smaller rooms will look anything like they did during the Ancien Regième. Still, keep checking!
